Product Returns / Exchange

All purchases made not are eligible for an exchange or refund

Exchange/Refunds for defective products will be handled on a case by case basis.

In the event you received a defective product, do drop us an email immediately at hello@amusse.co . You will be able to opt for a refund or remake of the product,

Products

• Every pouch is 100% handmade from scratch, do allow slight deviation of each products and minor sewing hiccups.
• Actual products may vary slightly different from product photos. Colours may appear slightly different in actual products due to studio light and computer screen settings. However, we try to be as accurate as possible in our photos.

Payments

We accept payment via Credit Cards, POSB funds transfer, Paynow or Paylah. For POSB funds transfer/Paynow/PayLah payment verification, you are required to send us a screenshot of payment details within 24 hours after payment has been made. 

Shipping Options: (All gifts except for Fragile Items like Mugs) 

Qxpress - $3.50 per order (1 - 3 working days from date of pick up) 

Doorstep Courier Delivery (Between 9am-9pm) - $8 per order 

Doorstep Courier Delivery (Specific Time Slot) - $20 per order 

Shipping Options: (Fragile Items & Next Day Delivery) 

Next Day Doorstep Courier Delivery - $10 per order 

Sending a gift directly to your recipient? We highly recommend you to opt for doorstep courier delivery! Your gift will be delivered in a presentable paper bag. For Qxpress, we will pack the gift in a carton box.
