Where is Amusse based?
We are based in a sunny island of Singapore!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Do email us at amusse@live.com.sg to find out on the international shipping rates.

How long does it take for my order to be process?
Our products are all handmade from scratch, therefore it will require at about 5-7 working days to be process.

Are there discounts for bulk purchases?

All our products are priced accordingly to the materials cost and time require to make them. As each products are carefully crafted and time required to produce them, we are unable to offer bulk discounts.

Who makes the products at Amusse?

All products are handmade by Vivien, the brainchild of Amusse! 

Where are the materials from?

Our fabrics and materials are sourced from Japan, Korea and USA. All materials are of high quality assurance!

Why is my product design different from the photo?

Each product is handmade, there may be slight variations among each product in color, texture, and shape. Fabric placement may differ.

Product Care

Do not machine-wash, iron or bleach. You may use a damp cloth to clean off any minor stains on the faux leather. For stubborn stains, you may try using toothpaste!

Foil Monogramming

Please note that as all our monogramming is done by hand, every item is unique and there may be slight variations. Also avoid direct contact with perfume and excessive rubbing on the foil.  

I need my orders urgent, can I request for it to be ready earlier?

Yes, do email us at hello@amusse.co for any urgent orders. A rush fee applies for any urgent orders.

I would like to have Amusse as a pop-up booth for my guests to create their own bespoke pouch! Is that possible?
